Good to know.
How many people can the farm accommodate?
Up to ten people can stay directly in the main house at the Gregorhof. There are five bedrooms available for this purpose. For larger groups, there are additional accommodation options in the nearby village, just a five-minute drive away.
The Gregorhof is also suitable for events: outdoor celebrations can be held for up to 50 people.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
The Gregorhof offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, and spend time together. The sleeping arrangements are spread across a total of five bedrooms:
- 3 double rooms, one of which includes a sofa bed for two additional guests
- 2 single rooms
In addition, the Gregorhof offers:
- 4 bathrooms and 6 WCs
- A well-equipped main kitchen as well as an additional small kitchen on the upper floor
- A 130 m² sun terrace with panoramic views of nature
- Wi-Fi and an EV charging station
- A fireplace with a basket of firewood
- Yoga mats and fitness equipment
- A box of games for all ages
The expansive estate, with its meadows, forests, and natural pond, offers plenty of space for relaxation, shared experiences, and a break in the heart of the Carinthian countryside.
Is everything really exclusively included in our booking?
The region around Deutsch-Griffen offers numerous ways to discover Carinthia – from hikes and alpine pastures to cultural sights. In winter, the Hochrindl ski area, about a 20-minute drive away, invites you to go skiing.
Popular destinations such as Gurk Cathedral, the Nockberge mountains, Velden am Wörthersee, and Klagenfurt are also easily accessible. If you are looking for relaxation, you will find thermal baths and wellness facilities about a 45-minute drive away.

Are children welcome?
The Gregorhof is located in a quiet, secluded spot in the heart of nature. Nevertheless, the nearest shops and inns can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The Nah&Frisch store in Deutsch-Griffen is about five minutes away. You can find further shopping options in places like Sirnitz and Weitensfeld, each about a 15-minute drive away.
There are also regional inns and restaurants in the surrounding area. Our Guest Map contains further recommendations for you.
Are dogs allowed?
The well-equipped kitchen gives you the option to prepare your own meals and cook together. If you would prefer to be pampered, you can book additional services such as catering or a private chef directly with the respective providers.
This allows you to arrange your dining exactly according to your wishes and your stay.
Can the farm be booked year-round?
The Gregorhof offers plenty of space for quality time with the family. For children, we provide cots, high chairs, a box of games, and plenty of nature to explore. Please note that there is a natural pond on the premises. Children must be supervised at all times when near it.
Dogs are welcome here. We charge a fee for additional cleaning, the amount of which we will inform you of before booking.
What is the minimum stay?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM at the latest. The minimum stay is three nights. A deposit of 40% of the total price is due upon booking. You can find information regarding our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.
Is there Wi-Fi – and can you work here?
Yes, the Gregorhof provides a unique setting for retreats, seminars, corporate events, and private celebrations. Weddings for up to 50 people can also be held outdoors. If required, the event area can be expanded with high-quality event tents.
The entire estate, with around 28 hectares of forest and meadows, is available for your exclusive use. You can find additional services such as catering, a private chef, high-quality event equipment, on-site yoga, or guided hikes further up on our website. You can book these services directly with the providers via the respective links.
